- Cheerios and other breakfast cereals*
- Milk
- Bowl
*Cereals with clusters, such as Cheerios, Kix, or granola with granola pieces, will perform better. They will retain their shape when frozen and look more like freshly poured cereal.
How to pull off the April Fool’s Prank (Muahahaha …)
Step 1
The night before, I had two regular bowls of Cheerios.
Step 2
Breakfast at night? No, not quite. I made the same recipe, but put them in the freezer.
Step 4
In the morning, I removed the frozen cereal bowls and added a little milk to top it off.
It’s completely normal…
MY FROZENCEREAL PRANK: MY SON’S IMPRESSION
Nicholas made some hilarious faces when he tried to eat his frozen cereal.
He then tried to dig into the strange breakfast with his spoon.
The joke was not funny to him and he ended up saying “Ewww” instead.
Poor boy, still half asleep, was now crying over strange cereal.
But I couldn’t help laughing as I said ” April Fools!”

OTHER WAYS OF PULLING HILARIOUS PRANKS ON FAMILY MEMBERS
You don’t have to make your family laugh at an April fools joke.
- You can watch their favorite cereal change color as they eat by adding a few drops to the bowl. This is a classic prank!
- To make it easier for children to eat, add a few (larger) plastic bugs to their cereal. The colorful bugs are preferred over the more realistic looking ones.
- Is your child a regular drinker of juice? You could replace orange juice with frozen juice, or a regular cup. Doubles are a great treat for being a good sportsperson.
- Do they make their own milk? To an empty carton of milk, add softened ice cream. Although the milk may appear lumpy, it will taste delicious! It’s a great surprise!
